Train at your own pace
Here I wanted to create a more affordable method of training. For many people the cost of a PT is just not a realistic option, so with my new platform I’ve created a new service that provides live weekly Strength & Conditioning classes, a Workout of the Week which can followed in real time with instructions on form & technique & access to my full Archive of over 100 different workouts that cover Strength training, Mobility & Conditioning. All for less than the cost of a pint of beer !
This enables you train at your own pace, my Video Library gives you ongoing access to expertly designed workouts you can follow anytime, anywhere.
There are 3 different memberships on offer here:
- With Bronze, you’ll receive access to the Live Sunday morning No equipment Strength & Conditioning Class. Which will be available for the whole week if you can’t make the time on Sunday.
- Step up to Silver and unlock an additional weekly Strength & Conditioning workout using equipment in real time which is for extra variety and progression.
- Go Gold to access everything, including the full archive of more than 100 workouts covering, Strength, HIIT, Kettlebells, Dumbbells & Mobility, giving you a complete training resource to support your fitness journey whenever you need it.

A Journey Beyond the Ordinary
Step into a retreat that goes far beyond rest. This Cambodian journey blends movement, culture, and connection—guiding you from ancient temples and hidden jungle trails to quiet beaches and flowing rivers. Each day invites you to explore, reset, and reconnect, whether through mindful training, shared experiences, or simply slowing down. It’s not just a break from routine, but a deeper immersion into a place, a rhythm, and a way of being that stays with you long after you return.
